Keith Vaigneur, BSME, P.E.
President/Owner
Keith Vaigneur
received
his engineering degree from
Tennessee
Technological
University
in 1983. He became a Licensed Professional Engineer in the
state of Tennessee
in 1993, and is also a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (SME).
He has over 18 years of mechanical design experience in a wide
variety of environments. Keith founded Agile Engineering in
1998 after serving as a design engineer and engineering manager for
several major companies in eastern Tennessee
and South Carolina,
including CTI PET Systems and Matsushita Electronics. Keith
has a wealth of experience in machine design, precision mechanical
systems, and automated production equipment.

David Willis, BSME
Engineering Group Manager
Dave Willis received his
engineering degree from
University
of New Mexico
in 1989. Dave worked for the Idaho National Engineering and
Environmental Laboratory (INEEL) for 11 years, and most of that work
was in the Robotics and Remote Systems Group. He developed
several remotely operated equipment systems that were used, and are
in use, in nuclear facilities at several national laboratories.
He started working at Agile Engineering in 2000 and has overseen
many design and build projects, including the Compact Console,
significant portions of the MicroCAT II, and several robotic end
effectors. He became
Agile Engineering’s engineering manager in 2006.
Dave has been awarded three patents.

Casey Holbrook, MSME
Mechanical Engineer
Casey Holbrook earned
his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineer from the
University
of Tennessee
in 2005. He received his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
from UT in 2007. Casey has been at Agile Engineering since 2001, and
has worked on many custom designed machines, prototypes, as well as
automated production equipment.

Cliff Caldwell,
BSME
Mechanical Engineer
Cliff received his
bachelor's degree in mechanical
engineering from the
University
of Tennessee in 2005.
Cliff's hobby is antique tractor pulling and he is currently
pursuing a master's degree in mechanical
engineering. Cliff joined Agile Engineering in
February, 2008.

Matt Trent, BSME
Mechanical Engineering Intern
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008. He is
currently pursuing an MBA as well as a Master’s in Engineering from
The University of Tennessee. Matt joined Agile in May 2008.
